Blair Water Conditioning, Inc. has serviced customers in Pinellas County since 1947. In 2002, Blair Water Conditioning of Tampa Bay, Inc. was formed and began providing the same quality service in Pasco & Hillsborough Counties.

In a very short time, we have grown to nearly 1000 customers within these two counties. Until recently our only form of advertisement has been “Word of Mouth”. We have been very fortunate that our customers have referred us to their families, friends, and neighbors.

Our controlled growth has given us time to establish ourselves as a quality service provider, earn the trust of our customers, and gain accreditation with the Better Business Bureau as a trusted reputable service provider. We have recently built a state-of-the-art facility in Oldsmar. This centrally located facility has a greater capacity and will allow us to grow at a much faster rate.

To this end, we have begun to use other avenues of advertisement in hopes of gaining exposure and getting the opportunity to earn your business. While we certainly hope to grow our motto has not changed: “Service beyond your expectations is our goal”. We are confident that we can meet your water conditioning needs.
